TFCO is a non-governmental and non – profit organization which is governed and managed by the Chairperson assisted by the Assistant Chairperson and Secretary with the help of a Management Team and the Board of Advisors (BoA). The BoA is responsible for overseeing the performance of the management of the organization as a whole and gives direction, support and advise to the Chairperson and the management team on necessary issues toward making running of the organization smoothly, efficiently and effectively. The Management Team, consists of 17 staff members including Chairperson & his/ her Assistant, Coordinator and his/ her Assistant, Finance & Accountant and his/ her Assistant, Livelihood Coordinator and his/ her Assistant, Secretary and his/ her Assistant and 2 Advisors and a Security Personnel Supervisor.
TFCO have all reliable policies (financial policy, staff policy and by-laws etc.) to ensure the transparency and accountability of all assets, expenses and incomes. Staff and Volunteers appraisal, capacity building and monthly meeting will be held regularly. TFCO has five (5) program units and each program unit present one person to perform the work directly in the community with the guidance of the Management Team and under the supervision of the Head Chairperson. The Board Advisors will meet once every month to discuss the progress of works and assist the management team to make plan for the following meeting.
